This blog was created to chronicle the rehabilitation of 1700 Vine Street, a vacant, condemned building in Over-the-Rhine. Reid and I purchased the building in January 2008 and have been spending our evenings and weekends fixing it up ever since. Construction is moving slowly, but one day we will move in and call this former-disaster our LEED certified home. While rehab takes a lot of time, we are both learning a lot and having fun! Thanks for joining us on the adventure. - Patty

It's bin half a month! I need new posts!
Thanks Chris! I'm working on it :) Construction has slowed for the holiday, but should be starting back up soon and finishing soon! What is the URL for your blog. I'm sorry I can't remember it, but we're always thinking about your Findlay project and wondering how it's going for you!
Anxious to see what you have planned for the side lot. Particularly since I love what you have done with everything else.
The new windows and addition are inspirational.
